I was asked by the Daleville Public Library in Daleville, AL, to create a custom soundtrack of 45–60 seconds to accompany a Christmas Parade Float in the 2025 Daleville Christmas Parade. The theme of the Float was "A Christmas Carol." The soundtrack needed to be slightly more macabre than typical Christmas music, while still resolving in a happy place. I decided to base the soundtrack on "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen," with nods to other Christmas tunes throughout. Elements from the story can also be heard throughout the soundtrack. I made a 25-minute version which plays on loop with added transitions specifically for the parade.
